Hi! I’m Rifqah, a self-taught illustrator based in Indonesia. Welcome to my world ♡

Rifqah Mufidah was raised close to the coast in Banda Aceh. Ever since she was little, She’s been fascinated by fantasy and fairytale story. Growing up in a tropical country with its nature’s beauty and surrounded by diversity of Indonesian culture & ethnicity has influenced her vibrant and colorful artworks.When she’s not working, Rifqah loves to spend time playing with her cats and reading books. She often lose herself in her imagination every time she read books.

A project I did as an assignment of Children’s Book Mini Course that held by Evelline Andrya at Studio Saghara from September 2022 - November 2022.The Story is about a little girl named Keni who. Went to the semi-traditional market with her mom. The story started with her mom wanting to cook soup but apparently the ingredients runs out, then they went to the market to buy the ingredients. Along the way until arrived at the market, they saw various kind of traders.

Personal Project
A project I did as an assignment of Children’s Book Mini Course that held by Evelline Andrya at Studio Saghara from April 2022 - June 2022.The Story is about three kids named Arya, Danu and Rio who join the mangrove planting volunteer activities during their school holiday. The story begins begins with the three of them feeling bored with their holiday activities which only play the same games. Then Arya’s brother invites them to join his volunteer activities with his class mate to plant mangroves with the villagers in nearby village.
